At Next Level Fitness, we offer a wide range of services that cater to each of our clients' unique needs through our individualized approach. Our goal is to help you reach yours. From personal training to nutrition advice, we have something for everyone.

           ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

 

One-on-one training has been the core of our service for the past 23 years. This service is great for individuals who are just starting out with fitness, travel frequently, have ambitious fitness goals, are rehabbing after an injury, or simply prefer a one-on-one experience. This completely private option is tailored to what YOU are looking to accomplish with your fitness. 

Crossfit Class
           SMALL GROUP FITNESS

Our small group training provides a dynamic environment in a setting of eight people or less. Similar to personal training, you will still receive professional coaching, targeted programming and ongoing accountability to meet your personal goals. However all of this is proved at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. Additionally you can expect friendly social interaction, as well as further support and motivation from fellow group members.

           NUTRITION ADVICE

 

It is said that fitness starts in the kitchen. No amount of exercise can compensate for poor eating habits. Through our nutrition program, we will teach you the ins and outs of eating well. Proper nutrition combined with fitness training is the fastest way possible to achieve your fitness goals and attain the body you want. We offer nutrition advice starting with general discussion and guidance progressing all the way to personalized meal plans. 

VIRTUAL TRAINING

          

 

We understand that coming into our fitness studio on a regular basis is not an option for everyone. However, there is still an option for you to obtain the incredible services we offer though our Virtual Training program. After an initial in-studio evaluation, we design your personal nutrition and fitness plan. You then complete your individualized work-outs at home or at your favorite gym and then meet with us in person once a month. Additionally, we correspond with you weekly for accountability and support. We also offer online training for individuals who do not live locally or who cannot come in to our studio. There are many options for this type of training. Whatever your circumstance, we are committed to helping you reach the next level of your fitness goals.
